Out 2

Nick Gargiulo
Out
The offensive guard was placed on the active/PUP list to kick off training camp Sunday, but the team expects to have to move him to the reserve/PUP list once the regular season rolls around, per Tomasson. If he does move to the reserve/PUP list on or after cut-down day, Gargiulo will have to miss the first four regular-season games. The 2024 seventh-round pick tore his ACL during an August 2025 preseason game.

Jordan Turner
Out
Turner was placed on the NFI list in late July with an undisclosed injury, but it looks like he's now back in football shape ahead of Friday's preseason opener at Atlanta. The vast majority of his snaps with Denver in 2025 came on special teams.

Questionable 2

Alex Forsyth
Questionable
Forsyth sat out the Broncos' AFC Championship loss to the Patriots last season due to an ankle injury but is now healthy again. He is expected to serve as the team's backup center behind Luke Wattenberg during the upcoming campaign.

Caleb Lohner
Questionable
Lohner underwent a procedure in early June to fix a lower-body issue, and it remains unclear how his recovery has progressed. The tight end was fighting for a roster spot as it is, and if he is unable to return to the field in a timely fashion, he will likely end up on the outside looking in come cutdown day.
